What to expect
In internal sales, you will use your communication skills to advise our existing customers, thereby contributing to improved customer satisfaction. You will create quotes, process orders, and support us in the implementation of development projects.
As an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will have the following exciting tasks and responsibilities:
- Quotation preparation and order processing
- Telephone and personal counselling of existing customers
- Creation and maintenance of master data
- Proactive customer care
- Optimisation of customer satisfaction
- Participation in development projects
Your skills and qualifications
Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field- Work experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office
- Convincing personality who thinks "out-of-the-box"
- Professional appearance with a "hands-on mentality"
- Sales talent and commitment
- Strong team skills
- English skills desirable
