The new year at IMS traditionally begins with our kickoff meeting. Together, we look back on the past year, review our successes and challenges, and define clear goals for the months ahead.

The festive setting also provided an opportunity to honor our anniversaries from the past year: seven colleagues can collectively look back on 130 years of service at IMS. For us, this is a strong indication that our company culture fosters long-term commitment and creates an environment that supports both personal satisfaction and professional development. With a particular focus on professional growth, there was even more reason to celebrate: at the beginning of the year, two employees were promoted to specialists in their respective fields and were recognized accordingly during the kickoff meeting. We wish them every success in their new challenges.

The event concluded with a traditional Weißwurst breakfast in our warehouse. In a relaxed atmosphere, colleagues once again had the opportunity to reflect on achievements and goals and, above all, to celebrate the community at IMS. We are proud of our team and of what we have achieved, and we look forward to another successful year filled with collaboration, ideas, and growth.
