Team spirit, a steady hand and a good dose of creativity — our team trip to Brombachsee last weekend called for all of the above!

Over two days, various challenges were waiting to be conquered, from building the tallest possible tower to constructing a marble run. In between, there was also time for a boat trip with a refreshing dip in the lake and a shared dinner followed by a round of bowling.

For us, these biennial trips are always an opportunity to strengthen the team bond – and a reminder of what makes working at IMS so special.
